Our medically managed weight loss program can be completed through telehealth only if needed. Medications will be shipped to patients home address/sent to pharmacy once payment is received.

Prices are always subject to change although our goal is to provide the medication at the most affordable price and can match or likely beat competitor prices
Treatment for: Obesity
Benefits: lowers blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure and cardiac risks that come with obesity
Medications: We use a variety of medications such as Contrave, Wellbutrin, Topiramate, Phentermine and Lipo/MICC injections, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) or oral GLP-1’s (if available)
Lipo Injections = $35/e
If patients opt to have their medication shipped to them, there is an additional $15 shipping fee
Additional charge of $25 to have a Lab Requisition placed with LabCorp. Ember will review and address any concerns and make recommendations in regards to results
Ember does not cover lab fees and recommends to bring your insurance card with you and present it at your blood draw appointment. Patient is responsible for charges incurred directly by the lab.

Once payment is received we will order your medication and arrange to have it shipped to your home or schedule local pick up.
