  • The EvexiPEL Method is a form of hormone replacement therapy that uses pellets containing bio–identical hormones. These pellets are about the size of a grain of rice and are inserted just beneath the skin during a simple in–office procedure.

    Once inserted, the pellets release a consistent dose of hormones over the course of several months, providing sustained relief from symptoms of hormone imbalance.

    1. Comprehensive Hormone Testing: Before beginning treatment, your healthcare provider will conduct comprehensive hormone testing to determine your current hormone levels and identify any imbalances 

    2. Personalized Treatment Plan: Based on the results of your hormone testing, your healthcare provider will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

    3. Pellet Insertion: The pellet insertion procedure is quick and completed during a short in-office visit. Your healthcare providier will make a small incision and insert the pellets beneath the skin. Most patients report minimal discomfort during the procedure. 

    4. Relief from Symptoms: Once the pellets are inserted, they will release a consistent dose of hormones over the course of several months. Patients typically experience relief from symptoms within a few weeks of the procedure.

Additional Information

  • Male Pellet Procedure: $825-$900

    Female Pellet Procedure: $525

    Pellet Therapy: per procedure cost depending on the amount of pellets needed.

    • Initial consultation fee will be deducted from the initial pellet insertion procedure.

    • Labs:

      • Required prior to Pellet insertion.

      • Lab Draw timing: Preinsertion, then 4-6 weeks after insertion then yearly (unless needed sooner for dose adjustments ect).

      • Option for Lab Draws:

        • Patients have can go to a local LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics to have their blood drawn and utilize their health insurance (Ember does not guarantee that insurance will cover any/all of the labs)

        • Cash pay labs: blood drawn during initial consultation (must be paid at time of visit)

          • Initial Lab Panel: $350

            • This roughly costs $2000 when drawn and processed through LabCorp

          • Follow up Labs: $125

  • Injections/Creams/Gel: monthly membership cost = $175

    Pellet insertion price varies depending on the number of pellets needed for the optimal therapeutic dosing:

    • Monthly average: $200-$400 depending on amount of pellets being inserted and length of of therapeutic duration. Your provider can discuss the pricing during your initial consultation.

    What’s included in the monthly membership

    • Unlimited follow up appointments

    • (Anastrozole, Tadalafil and B12 injections as needed)

    Necessary lab orders will be sent to LabCorp.

    There are no exceptions to not having your labs drawn

    If you have had recent lab work completed it is helpful to bring in a copy during the initial consultation or email them to moreinfo@embermedicalservices.com and we will assess them at that time.

    Since your lab work was ordered and completed with a 3rd party provider it is highly likely you will still need some labs drawn so we can see the entire picture and address what we need to so that you can feel happier and healthier

    (Cost of labs are the patients responsibility)

    • Nonmember Initial Consultation (does not include labs or medications) = $150

    • Lab order sent (every 2-3 months until stabilized on medications) = $25

      • Ember DOES NOT guarantee that insurance will cover any lab costs/fees

      • Must be completed and results sent to Ember at least 1 week prior to initial consultation

    • Cash Labs can be drawn in office during initial consultation and must be paid for during that visit.

      • Initial Panel: $350

      • Follow up labs: $125

    • Clinic visit/follow ups (every 2-3 months until stabilized on medications) = $75 each visit

    • Monthly hormone and B12 injections/supplies supplied by Ember = $100 - $200

    • Medication can be sent to any local pharmacy (if not supplied by Ember) = $25/m

      • Ember DOES NOT guarantee that insurance will cover any of the prescribed medications
